Amanda Coffman, General Manager

Amanda is a former Michigander and University of Michigan Alumni with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Now a longtime resident in the Tampa Bay Area, she has gained 15 years of experience in Residential Property Management along with being a licensed FL Realtor. She stays busy with her husband and their blended family. In her personal time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, scuba diving, and volunteering her time and resources to supporting and protecting Sea Turtles.

Joann Wright – Sales Manager

Joann has been a passionate advocate for resort-style tiny home living and affordable homeownership for nearly two decades. Her career began in 2007 when, while designing her own tiny home, she impressed a sales representative who invited her to join the industry. Since then, Joann has helped hundreds of clients achieve a quality, worry-free lifestyle. Having embraced this lifestyle herself, she deeply understands its benefits, from simplified living to community-centered design and affordability. Known for her integrity, thoughtfulness, and commitment to quality, Joann has earned the trust and loyalty of her clients, many of whom seek her guidance as they start this fresh chapter of their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time with her husband, Bill, and their GoldenDoodle, Kody.

Liz Lamuraglia, Guest Services

Liz was born in New Jersey and raised in North Carolina. She is the 7th of 10 children and has an identical twin sister. She enjoys long walks in the woods with her dog Boone, reading, swimming, and gardening. Traveling and road trips are a yearly adventure for her. She is excited to work at a Zeman RV Resort after spending the last 4 years under previous management, she looks forward to all the wonderful changes ahead.

Kathleen Price, Director of Acquisitions

Kathleen is the Director of Acquisitions for Zeman Homes, Inc. She works out of the Chicago office and travels to the Sunshine State on a regular basis. Kathleen’s experience covers the entire acquisition process, including sourcing, valuations, contract negotiations, due diligence, financing, and closing deals. During her career, she has completed over one billion in financial investment transactions. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri and a Master’s in Business Administration from the J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. In her free time she enjoys running, canoeing and kayaking with her husband, and snow skiing with her grandchildren.
