Rules

Speed limit is 10 MPH
Two pet maximum
Rates are based on adult only, 2-person occupancy (one must be 55 years of age or older)
All approved overnight guests must register at park office
Check out time is 11:00 am
Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
No golf carts may be operated
Do not hang clothes to dry at your site. We have clothes lines near laundry.
No storing of items under or around trailers
All storage sheds must be approved by office
All ownership transfers require approval by management. The lot is not included in the sale
Please obey posted pool rules
We accept factory manufactured self-contained units only. No tents, pop-ups, or buses
All alterations to lots or patios require approval from office. Examples include pavers, decks, parking spots, shrubs/trees
Alterations need screen rooms/enclosures added
No auto or trailer washing. No lawn watering. Please conserve as utilities are expensive and may factor in the amount of rent you pay
We are an adult community. Visiting children are to be supervised at all times. (2 weeks max visit)
No wood burning fire pits. (propane fire pits must be approved)
Guests must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb the peace
